This is home turf and I do not like the way the MDP (MIchigan Democratic Party) makes the sausage. The effort is in winning elections and not in standing for something.

What is worse--when there is candidate with enough supporters to overwhelm the MDP's pick, the party tolerates them until they term out or enough dark money comes MDPs way to blanket the voices of the progressives.

Michigan's Atty Gen, Nessel, is still swimming with the MDP sharks. Rep Rabhi termed out--but he is someone I would support in any race he stepped into.
