I have chosen to move to self-publishing my poems, when my usual mastheads had not been publishing new material. Being an editor is a lot of work and I understand someone putting down that mantel, especially when it is unpaid.

I began researching new mastheads, but chose to self-publish instead. I have few readers since my followers are measured in the hundreds instead of tens of thousands. Given the pay structure, there is not that much difference on earning pennies versus single digit dollar amounts.

I read other people's poems and hope they follow me back.
